How do I delete my ProvenDocs account?

Deleting your ProvenDocs account is permanent, you will still be able to login after deleting your account but you will not be able to view your documents or proofs. To delete your ProvenDocs account: 1. Hover over your profile picture located right of the navigation bar. 2. Click **Delete Account** button. 3. Click **Delete Account** button in the pop-up window. Note: We suggest you download a proof archive for each of your files before deleting your account.

How can I upgrade my ProvenDocs plan?

ProvenDocs is **always free** with a complementary **1GB of storage**. Unfortunately upgraded plans are currently unavailable with ProvenDocs Early Access. Unfortunately at this time, you cannot search for a document proof. However, you can filter your documents by **Complete** and **Pending** proofs. You can also filter by **Proof Status**, **File Name**, and **Upload Date**.

How can I track my storage usage?

Your storage usage is located directly below the ProvenDocs navigation bar. You can track this at all times. Note: Users with free accounts have **1GB** of storage.

How do I upload a document or folder?

To upload a document or folder: 1. Click the **Upload** tab located in the top left panel. 2. Either click the **Browse Files** button or drag and drop your files directly into the **Upload** or **Documents** panel. 3. Write your upload comment and add your document tags **(optional)**. 4. Click **Upload**. 5. Confirm your upload by clicking the **Upload** button in the pop-up. Note: You cannot reverse an upload. Your maximum upload file size is **16MB** per file.
