1. Click **Log in**. 2. Click **Log in with Email.** 3. Click **Forgot your password?** 4. Click **Reset.** 5. Enter the email address you used to create the account. 6. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.

To view a proof certificate: 1. Click on the **Documents** tab located in the top right panel. 2. Select a document thumbnail you'd like to view the proof certificate for. 3. Click on the **Certificate** tab located in the top right panel. Note: A document proof has to be complete first before viewing a proof certificate.

Unfortunately at this time, some file formats don't have preview support.

To email an archive of your document proof: 1. Click the **Email** button located in the top right panel. 2. Type in your desired email address. 3. Click **Send.** Note: you can only share a ProvenDocs proof archive once a document proof is complete. Anyone with access to the email archive must create an account or login for access.

To download a copy of your document: 1. Click the **Download** button in the top right panel. 2. Click the **Download** button in the pop-up window.

To create a public link of your document proof: 1. Click the **Share** button located in the top right panel. 2. Click the **Download** button in the pop-up window.

To view a comment linked to your document upload: 1. Click the **Documents** tab located in the top left panel. 2. Click the **Comment** button located below your document thumbnail.

1. **Sign up** You can sign up with an email address or link your account with a Google, Facebook, or Github login. Note: by signing up with ProvenDocs, you will receive a complementary **1GB** of **free** storage. Unfortunately upgraded plans are currently unavailable with ProvenDocs Early Access. You can earn up to **2.5GB of additional storage** if you refer your friends. Receive **500MB of extra storage** for every friend you refer. Learn about our **Refer a Friend** program. 2. **Upload your files** Simply upload a file, or folder using our file browser, or drag and drop directly into the ProvenDocs dashboard. You can also email a document to: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) Note: you can upload up to 12 files at a time. Your maximum upload limit of 16MB per file. 3. **Prove your files on the Blockchain** Track your uploads in real-time and receive a completed proof once your document proof is securely proven on the Blockchain. 4. **View and share your files** Store your proven documents in ProvenDocs or export the documents and proof to your own storage. Preview, email or share a document securely at any time.
