To download an archive of your document proof: 1. Click the **Archive Folder** button located in the top right panel. 2. Click the **Download** button in the pop-up window. Note: you can only download a ProvenDocs proof archive once a document proof is complete.

To upload a document or folder: 1. Click the **Upload** tab located in the top left panel. 2. Either click the **Browse Files** button or drag and drop your files directly into the **Upload** or **Documents** panel. 3. Write your upload comment and add your document tags **(optional)**. 4. Click **Upload**. 5. Confirm your upload by clicking the **Upload** button in the pop-up. Note: You cannot reverse an upload. Your maximum upload file size is **16MB** per file.

ProvenDocs is **always free** with a complementary **1GB of storage**. Unfortunately upgraded plans are currently unavailable with ProvenDocs Early Access. Note: You can earn up to **2.5GB of additional storage** if you refer your friends. Receive **500MB of extra storage** for every friend you refer. Learn about our **Refer a Friend** program.

To preview a document: 1. Click on the **Documents** tab located in the top left panel. 2. Select a document thumbnail that you'd like to preview. 3. Click the **Preview** tab located in the top right panel.

Unfortunately at this time, you cannot search for a document proof. However, you can filter your documents by **Complete** and **Pending** proofs. You can also filter by **Proof Status**, **File Name**, and **Upload Date**.

To view a document proof: 1. Click on the **Documents** tab located in the top left panel. 2. Select a document thumbnail you'd like to view the proof for. 3. Click on the **Proof** tab located in the top right panel. Note: To view a full document proof, all 3 steps have to be complete.

To view all your uploaded document click the **Documents** tab located in the top left panel.

The timeframe for a document proof can vary depending on file size, and internet speed. We recommend checking back to your proof at a later time to save you the wait.

1. Click **Log in**. 2. Click **Log in with Email.** 3. Click **Forgot your password?** 4. Click **Reset.** 5. Enter the email address you used to create the account. 6. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email you received to reset your password.
