The timeframe for a document proof can vary depending on file size, and internet speed. We recommend checking back to your proof at a later time to save you the wait.
How do I delete my ProvenDocs account?
Deleting your ProvenDocs account is permanent, you will still be able to login after deleting your account but you will not be able to view your documents or proofs.
How can I track my storage usage?
Your storage usage is located directly below the ProvenDocs navigation bar. You can track this at all times.
